BUSINESS MODELS
HANDS ON
This approach involves you as the Franchise Owner working on all aspects of
the business to determine where your strengths and weaknesses lie, and which
elements of the business growth you enjoy the most, for example, Operations
or Business Development. After 3-6 months you will establish which roles you
want to do yourself and which you will need to recruit for.
With this option, once you have reached annual sales of 90k, you can employ a
part-time mobile supervisor.
As your business grows, we will advise you on the key personnel to recruit and
the best time to recruit them. The main advantage of this method of growth is
that you get to fully understand all elements of the business.
OPERATIONAL
Your key role in this approach will be to focus on the operational needs
of your business, for example:
• Service delivery to your customers.
• Management of your cleaning operatives.
• You will need to recruit someone to focus on business
development, which can be on a part or full-time role as required.
This option will require a higher working capital to cover all additional
salaries. As your business development employee will take time to start
growing your region, your income will be less at this early development
stage.
