BUSINESS
DEVELOPMENT
In this approach the Franchise Owner takes on the business development
role, which includes:
• Attending new sales appointments.
• Producing tender documents.
• You will need to recruit someone to focus on the operational aspect of
the business, which can be a part or full-time role as required.
This option will require a higher amount of working capital to cover all additional
salaries for your operational employee, which will mean your income will be less at
this early development stage.
TOTAL MANAGEMENT
FRANCHISE
The final approach is to recruit people for all key roles from day
one and operate the franchise as a purely Management Franchise
from the outset.
You will employ a Business Development Manager and Operations
Manager, who can be either full or part-time.
This is one of the fastest ways to grow the business, as it will allow
the Franchise Owner to work on the business development. This
option will require the largest level of investment.
